Using the Guide App is simple - complete a profile in the app including your goals and then each day complete three simple tasks, little by little building a life you love. Each day, watch the Daily Guidance video, create and share a Daily Practice post, and read and support others around their Daily Practice posts through Peer Coaching. There are lots of tools to help you build a life you love in the app and doing these simple tasks daily is the gateway to getting everything that you want out of life.
